I-8411 Embedded Controller - RS485 : Master - 4 Slot

Description

The I-8411 is a Serial Embedded Controller with 4 I/O slots. This unit supports both 8k series parallel I/O modules and 87k serial I/O modules, such as analog input/output, digital input/output and counter/frequency modules. It is supplied with MiniOS7 and can be programmed for a wide variety of tasks/applications. The unit is equipped with four serial COM ports (inc. RS485 & RS232) and by using the optional S-256 (256kbytes) or S-512 (512 kbytes) battery backup SRAM, they can also be configured as data loggers.

• DIN rail clips or Screw holes on each corner allow the control unit to be easily mounted
• Frame Ground provides enhanced static protection (ESD) capability and ensures that the module is more reliable
• Equipped with MiniOS7, an embedded OS similar to DOS that is developed by ICP. It provides full C library functions such as 8K, 87K I/O, 7-segment LED, RTC (real time clock), EEPROM etc.
